When I skip I regularly ask my third to play weight/drive, often give my second the choice of doing so, and depending on who the lead is might ask them to put a bit of weight on too. Some people think that the way I play is strange but I trust my team to make shots when needed and like them to feel involved so they don't get a little bored or feel out of the action. This means that we can often get rid of the opposition's shot bowl earlier in the end and get on the front foot. Sure we drop some multiples but we also pick up a heap and I am confident in getting results. I am interested to hear your opinions on this style of play, instead of always asking your team to draw.

Why should skips have all the fun?
